Mindtrip.tv Partnership Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Mindtrip.tv Partnership Program. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your participation in the Partnership Program (the "Program") offered by Mindtrip.tv ("Mindtrip.tv," "we," "us," or "our"). By applying for and joining the Program, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years old or have obtained the appropriate legal consent from a parent or guardian. You must also be the creator or have the necessary rights to use and showcase the AI-generated artworks, music, or interactive experiences submitted to Mindtrip.tv.

2. Application Process
To apply for the Program, you must:

Complete the online application form, providing accurate and complete information.
Submit a portfolio of AI-generated artworks, music, or interactive experiences for evaluation by the Mindtrip.tv review team.
Mindtrip.tv reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. We will inform you of the outcome of your application via email or other agreed-upon communication methods.

3. Rights and Permissions
By submitting your portfolio and joining the Program, you grant Mindtrip.tv a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your AI-generated artworks, music, or interactive experiences through the Mindtrip.tv platform and associated marketing channels. This license is granted solely for the purpose of showcasing your work within the context of the Program.

You retain all ownership rights to your original works but agree not to withdraw your submission from the Program once approved without providing reasonable notice to Mindtrip.tv.

4. Program Participation
If accepted into the Program, you agree to:

Collaborate with the Mindtrip.tv team and other Program participants to create content for the platform.
Follow any guidelines or requirements provided by Mindtrip.tv.
Engage with the Mindtrip.tv community in a professional and respectful manner.
Mindtrip.tv may offer additional resources, tools, or support, but is not obligated to do so. We reserve the right to remove you from the Program at any time for behavior that is disruptive, unlawful, or contrary to the spirit of the Program.

5. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information or materials shared with you by Mindtrip.tv during your participation in the Program, unless such information is publicly available or you have prior written consent to disclose it.

6. Intellectual Property
All content created by you as part of the Program remains your intellectual property. However, Mindtrip.tv retains the right to use and promote such content for Program-related purposes as outlined in Section 3.

You are responsible for ensuring that your work does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. If a claim of infringement is made against your work, you agree to indemnify and hold Mindtrip.tv harmless from any resulting losses or damages.

7. Limitation of Liability
Mindtrip.tv is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, except where prohibited by law. Our total liability in connection with this Agreement is limited to the amount paid to you, if any, by Mindtrip.tv.

8. Termination
Mindtrip.tv may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. You may also choose to withdraw from the Program with reasonable notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to Mindtrip.tv under this Agreement will cease, except for those necessary to complete any ongoing promotional activities.

9. Governing Law
